2 questions MTA 98-367 and General Certification Rules Assistance

I am a (MTA 98-367) Microsoft Technology Associate: Security Fundamentals Certification holder and the certification is available for view in my Credly profile but not available online in my Microsoft profile of Microsoft.Learn for viewing with my other Microsoft certifications.


Can someone please apply my (MTA 98-367) Microsoft Technology Associate: Security Fundamentals Certification to my Microsoft.Learn profile so that it is available for viewing?

I scheduled 16 Microsoft exams ranging from Beginner-Specialist to be taken in the span of 1 year.


The day after I scheduled the exams Microsoft changed the exam policy to allow only 2 exams to be scheduled and I could not change my exam dates to allow for more study time in-between exams as I initially planned to do after I reviewed the study materials.


I still took the exams, and I accepted the results, and I am not asking for a retake of all 16 exams, just a retake for 7 of the 16 exams where I was given 1 week to prepare for the Beginner - Specialist level exams.

2 of the exams are not offered anymore (Microsoft Azure Iot Developer & Microsoft Azure Stack Hub operator)


If Microsoft says no to my request I fully accept and understand the result and why it was given, I just felt like I got a raw deal because Microsoft changed the exam policy literally the day after I scheduled 16 Microsoft exams and I feel like if I was able to schedule the exams with adequate study time I would have had a different result.

We have reviewed your details, and we were able to locate two MCIDs associated with your email accounts. However, one MCID needs to be migrated. This process will help us activate the profile and after that, we can merge them to have all your information in one place.

To continue with this process, please follow these steps:

1. Start a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session (pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N once the browser is open).

2. Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

3. Sign in with a Microsoft account that has not been used in MS Certifications (if you do not have one, we invite you to create it Here). 

4. If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP Home” which will direct you to Your Dashboard, after that you can copy and paste the same link on step 2 in the same search bar. 

5. After you have followed the previous link, it will open a new window to Your Dashboard

6. While being on Your Dashboard page, please delete the URL and paste this one: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

7. After pasting the URL and clicking on enter, you will see this website. Please fill in the fields MC ID and Access code. 

8. Fill in the fields with the following information:

  • MCID:

  • Access Code:
