I cleared the exam before few months back, I can see badge and transcript but when I am downloading or click on Certification I can see blank page from dashboard. Please help me to get certification. Which I am waiting for ages.

Having a blank/white page when accessing the Certification page means there is no certification earned yet.
Exam 70-480 is part of the exam requirement to earn MCSA: Web Applications certification.
In order for you to earn a certificate, you would also need pass Exam 70-486 as Microsoft provides certificates per certification, rather than per exam. Unless, a certification only requires one exam.

After passing the last exam for any certification, please allow 24-48 hours for the new certification status to be updated on your profile.
