70-339 Certification

I have taken the SharePoint 70-339 exam on 01/21 and I still have not received / able to see my certificate.  It has been over 48 hours and I was hoping "support" can assist me on this.

After investigate your case and verify your information with our Microsoft Team. We can notice that the exam that is appearing in your transcript is one of the two conditions to be certified as a MCSE: Productivity Solutions Expert, in addition, you must complete this perquisite in order to earn the certification: 

1.    Earn one prerequisite certification:

Prerequisite Option 1: MCSA: Windows Server 2012

Prerequisite Option 2: MCSA: Windows Server 2016

2.    And pass one of the elective exams:

The Exam 70-339: Managing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016 will be listed in your Transcript and is eligible to be displayed as Microsoft Badges, MCSE: Productivity Solutions Expert will be received once all the other perquisites are completed. 

You can review your Transcript and Badges by accessing your Microsoft Certification Dashboard and selecting the respective option.

In order to claim your badge, please click on this link to get to the Acclaim Platform and type your Acclaim account credentials, then you will be able to see your unclaimed badges. 

In case you do not have an Acclaim account, please: 

  1. Click on the same link Acclaim Platform.
  2. Click on “Create an account” using the email address associated to your MCP profile.
  3. Once you access this account, the system will show you the unclaimed badges. 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after two business days.
