70-461 certification

Please be advised that as of February 1, 2019, the issuance of MCP certificate for passing 1 exam is no longer available.

This was a program change that was made last fall as part of the Microsoft Certified Professional Program evolution of benefits as a way to strengthen the program overall by focusing on certifications rather than exams. 

In the meantime, you may access and download your transcript as a proof of your exam completion.  

In line with exam 70-461, this counts towards MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014 certification. Candidates still need to pass exam 70-462 and 463 in order to complete the requirements for that certification. Once they pass all the required exams, they will be able to download the MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014 certificate.
