After doing some research, I found that if you encountered this type of technical error before, during, and after the exam, you will need to contact your exam delivery provider and file an incident report so that their team can further investigate and guide you with the steps to prevent it from happening again. Once the issue has been corrected, they can also assist you with exam rescheduling if necessary.
