Access code is invalid. Please enter a valid access code to proceed.

Hi. I was about to begin the exam and ready for the system check but on the first part after downloading the "onVue" wherein we need to put the access code it doesn't proceed to the next step because of the error message that says "Access code is invalid. Please enter a valid access code to proceed." I'm sure with the access code since it is also auto populated and I even type it manually but same error appears. What shall I do since I missed my schedule of exam?

Please wait for 24-36 hrs and try to reschedule your exam from you exam dashboard on your own
If you tried to reschedule yourself but couldn’t, I can help by sending your details to Pearson VUE and one of their support team members will contact you within 48 to 72 hours business hours.
