Access to already achieved certificates

have a Microsoft certification ID, but I cannot fill it in anywhere. When I login to my learn environment, I want to see the certificate and download it, but it says I don’t have any certificates even though I have the email with the certification ID and the badge. How can I get access to my certificates?

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you require assistance to access your certificate through your Learn Profile. We will happily help.

We want to inform you that the certification profile has been moved to Learn account: You no longer need to maintain a Certification Profile or MCID separate for your Learn profile, in this case your certificates and information will be in your Learn account.

To locate your previously achieved Certifications, we advise following these steps using all the Microsoft accounts you may have associated with your Certification Profile in the past.

Please refer to the following link with the details about the recent changes:

 

If you are still unable to find your certificate, we have opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Certification Profile in order to verify it and assist you accordingly. You can access the conversation by clicking on the icon located on the top right corner of this page, it looks like this:

Please send the required information only through the Private Message feature for data protection purposes.

With the changes implemented in our site on July 8th, our internal security policies were updated and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles, such as contact email address or email used to access their Learn profiles. 

We will be attentive to your comments. Take into account that after two business days of inactivity, the case will be closed and locked.
