I recognize that you are seeing a different account when scheduling your exam. Let me help by investigating what is causing the issue to have this resolved.
There's a possibility that your browser might detect the other accounts that recently logged in. Kindly try the following steps below to help eliminate the issue:
Sign-out from the browser.
Clear cache and Delete cookies. Restart your browser session.
Use an "InPrivate" browser session in Microsoft Edge.
Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings.
If you are using a work computer, you may try personal machine to ensure that there will be no restriction.
Kindly try to register again. Register and schedule an exam | Microsoft Learn
Should you still viewing the other account, kindly send us the complete PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you have selected an exam until it shows the Certification profile page along with the requested information through the private message.
I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
