Hello roopesha.
Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.
We understand that you need help recovering access to the account where your past achievements are located and transfer them to your current Microsoft Learn Profile. We will gladly assist.
Kindly note that Microsoft Learn does not manage Learn profiles on behalf of users.
Online authentication via a Microsoft account (MSA or Microsoft Entra ID) is the only method to verify ownership and access a Learn profile. If you have lost access to the account associated with your Learn profile and no longer have access to your Learn profile, you will have to recover the authentication account through its recovery process to regain access to your Learn profile.
To avoid this situation, if you only have a work/school account linked to your Learn profile, consider also linking your personal account to your Learn profile. You can "Add account" on the Learn profile settings page.
For instructions on how to link additional accounts to your Microsoft Learn profile, review the section Link other accounts to your Microsoft Learn profile in the Manage your Learn profile article.
Account recovery inquiries are assisted by the Microsoft Account support channel, which can be reached in the link below:
We understand your concern, however, from what we understand this is not a recovery matter, because the email is not a Microsoft Account.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact the College that owns the other email address and request permission to change the email yourself. This will allow you to merge the accounts and ensure that your exam results are correctly reflected in our system.
Let us know if this information was useful and if additional assistance is required. Please remember that if no response is received within one business day, the case will be closed and locked.
Best regards,
