To ensure that the updated changes also reflected through Pearson VUE, accordingly, please follow the steps below:
Go to Browse Credentials | Microsoft Learn and select any exam.
Click the schedule button and you may be prompted to sign into/create your Learn Profile. We recommend you login with your personal Microsoft account (MSA).
You will be prompted to fill out some information such as address, phone number, and contact email before you are redirected to Pearson Vue. This information is only collected since Pearson Vue requires it and Microsoft never stores this information.
Click "Submit" to go to Pearson Vue site. After that, you should be transferred to the Pearson VUE page. Please confirm if the name is updated correctly by clicking the small arrow on the left corner as highlighted below.
NOTE: Do not complete the exam registration, this is only to send the update to Pearson VUE.
If you did not request these changes, if the name format is incorrect, or if the changes are not reflected on your profile after the specified timeframe, please reply to this email with a screenshot.
