ACE college credits

I've completed 2 microsoft certifications those are

Azure Fundamentals

Azure Security Engineer Associate

As per https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/college-credit  4 college credit can obtained from those certifications. I've applied for MS in CS program in University of Central Missouri, and that is partnered with ACE, But as per college credits aren't retrieving from certifications.

Could you please assist me for credit usage in college.

American Council on Education (ACE) is the only major higher education association to represent all types of United States (U.S.) accredited, degree-granting institutions. 

  

If you are a University student at one of the institutions on the list of ACE Credit College & University Partnerships (acenet.edu), you can apply to obtain credit hours. 

  

College credits measure the number of applied hours that are recognized for successful completion of a particular course of study. 

  

If you are planning to attend an institution and want to apply for your ACE credit recommendations, you should contact the Admissions office at said College or University. 

  

You can search for other exams on the ACE website at ACE Credit System
