Active Microsoft certifications

I am trying to add my certificate to upwork.com by transcript url but i received the below result:

We have reviewed your details and everything is correct from our end; the certifications that you have earned are listed in your Transcript. Please know that those Certifications do not expire. However, it is possible that Upwork only accepts current Microsoft Certifications. 

In that case, we can only suggest you earn new Certificates. You may view all exams we currently offer in this link: Become Microsoft Certified Poster.

Keep in mind that the Microsoft Certification Team continually monitors industry trends to keep pace with changes in technology, resulting in the introduction, revision, or retirement of some exams.
