Add Badges to Microsoft Learn profile

Let me provide information regarding Microsoft Badges.

Please be advised that Microsoft Learn is a different platform from Microsoft Learning program(Certifications). MS Learn handles are specific to courses while Microsoft Learning Program handles Microsoft Exams which are being taken through the testing center (Pearson VUE, Certiport, PSI).

With this being said, Microsoft Certification exams will not reflect to the MS Learn profile.

If you have passed a Microsoft Certification exam, these will be accessible to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard under Badges tile.

In case that the badge did not reflect to your profile, you may need to claim your badge first by following the steps below:

1. Click the link in the email to claim your badge. This will take you to the Credly platform.

2. Create an account on Credly. Use the same email address you used to set up your Microsoft Account.

3. Confirm your account on Credly by clicking the link in a confirmation email that is generated after you set up your account.

4. Claiming future badges is as easy as clicking the link in the notification email and logging into your Acclaim account.
