Adding Certification to Microsoft Account

Hello, I have similar problem, I need remove certification profile from learning profile and connect it to another learning account.

Thank you for contacting us here at Microsoft Community.

 

As we understand from your entry, you want to change the Learning Account associated to your Certifications Profile.

 

We have started a Private Message where we would request some details about your account to complete an evaluation process. You can access on the top right corner of this page, as shown in the image below:

Please keep in mind that Microsoft Certification and Learning Profiles can only be linked to personal accounts by design, we suggest to keep your Certification History under a personal email, as it will be easier to access in the long-term.

We could change the communication email to your preferred email address and it would appear in your Transcript.

 

Please let us know how you would like to proceed. We are attentive to your comments.

As mentioned in our last contact, we highly suggest to keep your Profile under personal Account.

 

We would like to confirm one more time if you would like to associate just the email address to your current Certifications Account or if you are referring to a Microsoft Learn Account.

 

As another option, we could set the new email as an Alias, this way it would be visible in your Transcript in case you would need to share it and would also be set as primary communication.

 

We are attentive to your confirmation to proceed accordingly.

 

Please bear in mind that if no response is received within two business days, the case will be closed and locked.

You have reached Microsoft Certified Professionals Support, our scope of action is limited to Exams and Certifications.

 

In regards of the Learn Account, linking a school or work account will allow your organization to see your learning progress data. Keep in mind that in order to successfully link an account, it must not have been used previously to create a Learn Profile.

 

It is possible to delete a Learn Profile, which would allow you to link that email address to the Profile of your preference.

 

Both of these actions can be done by accessing the "Settings" section of your Learn profile, under the options "Account Management", "Delete your profile" and “Linked accounts” respectively.

 

If you require further information you could refer to Microsoft Learn Support Team, this is the team that can assist you accordingly.
