After 10 weeks I am still waiting for my certificate by mail

Hi!

I hope someone from MS will read this and can help me to solf my problem.

I took my MOS exam just about 10 weeks ago. The local staff told me that Microsoft would send me a certificate by mail. Unfortunately, I have not received a certificate until today and therefore I wanted to ask whether I can ask the status of the shipment of this certificate.

Thanke!

Answer

Hello, MiNdFr3aK.

We are glad to have you in our Microsoft’s Community.

We understand that you want to know if you will receive an official certification through mail.

Please keep in mind that Microsoft has stopped sending hard copy/ physical copy of certificates since 2009.

As of now, the alternative way to get a copy of completed certificates is through the Learn profile and access/download PDF file for your certificates.

Please keep in mind that when it comes to a MOS (Microsoft’s Office Specialist) Certification, you may download it, along with the Badge, through Certiport’s page.

View and send transcript digitally

Click the My Transcript sub-tab (under the My Certiport tab). To authorize a third party to see your transcript, click the Authorize a Viewer button and follow the instructions.

Print

To print an Official Certificate, select the My Transcript sub-tab (under the My Certiport tab) and click on the PDF link associated with the certificate to be printed. Select View Official Certificate at the bottom of the page and then click the printer icon within the certificate window. Do not use your browser's print function as it will only print the outside borders of the browser page.

Please let us know if these steps worked for you. Also, we want to share with you the following link for more information:

Your MOS Certificate will not appear on the Microsoft Platform. However, the Exams can be found on your Transcript and it may be used as proof of accreditation as well.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, or if the assistance given solved your request, please indicate “Yes” to the question “Did this solve your issue?” shown below, and the thread will be closed and locked.
