AI-900 - AI Fundamentals Exam

I recently passed the AI-900 exam and it is not showing up in my MS Learn Profile. I am looking under Profiles\Credentials\Certifications. I do see my historical tests along with Past Exams that I took, but no mention of AI-900.

I understand that you already passed your AI-900 exam but you're unable to see it on your certification profile, as I know the importance of seeing all your history on your account. Allow me to provide you with further information regarding your concern.

One reason that is why you are unable to locate your AI-900 exam is having a duplicate account. Please make sure that you log in using the email address that you use when you register for the exam. You may also check your confirmation email as to what email address was used when you scheduled the AI-900 exam. Kindly consider the following troubleshooting steps below to make sure that this is not related to a browser issue:

  1. Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox) and try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito. 

  2. Clear browser cache and cookies and allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings.

  3. Sign into Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) you used to schedule your exam. 

  4. Scroll to the section titled Past exams and find the exam for which you’d like to view.

  5. If the AI-900 is still not reflected, kindly retry from step 4, but sign in using another email or Microsoft Account you may have used in booking the exam, to ensure that it was not recorded in a duplicate profile.

Meanwhile, if you're trying to locate your score report, you may refer to How to Access Your Score Report | Microsoft Learn for reference.

If after performing the steps above and you are unable to locate your AI-900 exam. To deeply review, kindly provide a step-by-step screenshot of the process using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device), starting from the sign-in page up until the last step, along with the requested information through the private message I have initiated. This will allow me to further investigate your case and provide more options.

I'm a little confused. I did schedule exam with **removed** which is in error in hindsight, but I believe **removed** is the MS Learn I would like the new AI-900 exam associated with. I realize **removed** is not a Microsoft account (MSA) and so I'm having trouble logging into MS Learn with the account. Is it possible to send to associate this exam with **removed**?

When I try to sign in with **removed**, it says I may already have an account.

So when I go to recover, it tells me the following which I believe is **removed**

Here is how my accounts are associated in my MS Learn profile:

The account I registered for is **removed**. How can I associate or add that account here?

Note: I'm on Win 11 so not sure how to navigate to Win accessories.

The reason you're unable to see your AI-900exam is due to a duplicate account.

With this, what we can do to avoid confusion is merge both your accounts into one MCID, so you can access all your previous certification and your AI-900 exam history in one account. Kindly provide us with the needed information on the private message that I initiated so we can proceed with merging your accounts.

Meanwhile, if you're trying to access your score report AI-900 score report, kindly follow the steps How to Access Your Score Report | Microsoft Learn.

After performing the steps above and you are still unable to see your score report, the error might be within your account. To deeply review, kindly provide a step-by-step screenshot of the process using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device), starting from the sign-in page up until the last step, through the private message. As an alternative, please access this link where you will be routed directly to the Pearson VUE dashboard.

 

Please allow the page to load as it may take time and sign in using the email address associated to your profile. Once you are on the Pearson VUE dashboard, please select "View score reports."
