AI-900 certificate print do not have certificate number

I have passed AI-900 exam using certiport but My certificate print do not show certificate number. How can I retrieve certificate with certificate number ?

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you want to get your certificate obtained with Certiport Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals  in your account. We are happy to help you!

We want to let you know that since the certification was obtained with Certiport, to get your certificate it is necessary to access via Certiport system.

We understand how important it is to add the certificate you got with Certiport in your certification profile to visualize it ; however, we require informing you that temporarily it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates.

Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team:

“Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

If you are not able to access to Certiport  to get your certificate, it is necessary to contact Certiport so they can help you with the process:
