AI-900 Certification Not Showing on Microsoft Learn Profile

Hi, I passed the AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals exam through Certiport (via eTrainIndia). I received the certificate from Certiport, but it is not showing up in my Microsoft Learn profile.

Please help me link this certification to my account.

As we understand, you want are unable to visualize your Certiport certification on Microsoft Learn. We will be happy to assist you with your inquiry. 

We would like to inform you that our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records.

As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity. This means that we are also unable to provide support to Certiport certifications as we do not have access to them.

In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience
