AI Skills Fest Event | Inquiry: Unable to schedule the exam using microsoft voucher

Hi,

 

I connected with pearsonvue chat support to schedule the exam using microsoft voucher code for today’s slot as today is the last date and still getting the below error. 


This voucher cannot be used with appointment scheduled after
*Removed* but we are booking the slot for today only and still getting the same error.

 

Kindly look into this and revert ASAP.

 


 

Also, no option to select next after choosing today's date.

As per the voucher terms, the exam must be scheduled and taken on or before 21st June. The voucher is not valid for any appointments after 21st June, even if the booking is attempted today.

Please ensure you are selecting today’s date (21st June) as the exam date while booking. The system will not allow proceeding if a later date is selected, as the voucher is only valid through 21st June.

Once I select Today's date, it does not allow me to proceed further. There's only one button "Previous page".

Also, when I contacted pearsonvue support, they selected today's 8pm slot and still got the same error. ("This voucher cannot be used with appointment scheduled after 21st of june")

Validated the time zone. Early time slots are unavailable.

Please let me know an alternate solution. The voucher will be invalid and wasted if the exam doesn't get scheduled today.

I have been trying since the past 2 days. The pearsonvue exam scheduling portal had an outage due to which I was unable to schedule. There has to be a solution to this. Please see if something can be done about this.

To confirm, the information shared by @AKSHAY is accurate. If in case the voucher that you have is from the AI Skills Fest Sweepstakes, in accordance with the official rules of the AI Skills Fest event, all certification exam vouchers awarded through the sweepstakes must be fully redeemed by June 21, 2025. This means that participants are recommended to not only schedule but also complete their selected certification exam on or before this date.

Please be advised that the voucher will no longer be valid for any exam dates beyond June 21, 2025. If an attempt is made to schedule or reschedule an exam after this deadline, the system will not accept the voucher, and the booking will not proceed.
