An unexpected technical error has occurred. Contact customer service

Hi,

I am trying to book an AZ-900 exam with Pearson VUE. Only to get this error "An unexpected technical error has occurred. Contact customer service." at Stage 2/3 at the check out. I tried contacting Pearson VUE but the person on the other side was of no help. A quick Google search showed another person with this issue but he somehow managed to get it booked.

I did the following:

  • Clear browser cookies/cache

  • Changed browser to Chrome, Edge and Firefox

Please help.

Apparently, waiting a few hours and trying again did the trick. A colleague experienced the same thing when he booked his exam. Their servers are busy when you get that error. This can be closed.
