1. Open Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) for Windows | Click this link if MAC device
2. Open Microsoft Edge browser via InPrivate browser
3. Clear cache and cookies then restart browser.
4. Follow the Sharing and validating of Microsoft Credentials | Microsoft Learn
Once done, kindly upload the PSR file for us to further investigate.
