Applied Skill certificate not visible and unable to share to LinkedIn

I passed Secure storage for Azure Files and Azure Blob Storage assessment on 21 Feb and can see pass mark screen in my MS Learn profile however I am unable to "View my credential" certificate when looking into my Applied Skills Earned page.

I can see my other two passed applied skills assessments and have shared those in social media.

Congratulations on passing your Applied Skills assessment! I know how significant it is to access your certificate on your dashboard as this is proof of your hard work and dedication on completing the exam to enhance your skills. Allow me to provide you with information concerning this matter.

To ensure that this is not a browser-related issue and for us to have a visibility as well, kindly follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Open Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) for Windows | Click this link if MAC device

2. Open Microsoft Edge browser via InPrivate browser

3. Clear cache and cookies then restart browser.

4. Follow the Sharing and validating of Microsoft Credentials | Microsoft Learn

Once done, kindly upload the PSR file for us to further investigate.

Moreover, if issue still persist, please provide me with the following information from your Lab instance, so that we will be able to investigate if there are indeed lab-related issues:

  • Complete Title of the Assessment

  • URL (Copy the entire URL of the problematic page and paste it in your response):

  • Date/Time you encountered the issue:

  • Screenshots of the issue:

  • Scenario title:

  • Browser Version:

  • Are you running other instances of Learn in different tabs?

  • CTRL-F5: What happens when you hit CTRL-F5 on the problematic page?

Once received, they will be forwarded to our Engineering Team for further review.
