As-400 Certification not updated

I attended exam az-400 on ******* and passed exam but certificate not updated to dashboard and email. How much time will take for updates

We understand you approved the AZ-400 Exam and do not see the Certification in Your Dashboard.

Please keep in mind that the Exam is one of the two conditions to be certified as Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.

The required exams for this Certification are the following:

At the same time, you need one of these prerequisites:

Keep in mind that all requirements Must be under one account so the Certificate can be generated.

The passed exams will be listed in your Transcript and are eligible to be displayed as Microsoft Badges, the Microsoft Certified: “DevOps Engineer Expert” Certification will be received once all exams and prerequisites are completed.

You can review your Transcript and Badges by accessing your Microsoft Certification Dashboard and selecting the respective option.

As well, after reviewing your account with the information you kindly provided, we found that the Certifications that are a prerequisite for you to obtain the desired Certification do not appear as completed.

Consider that once you have completed all this, then your DevOps Engineer Expert Certification will appear on your dashboard as you want.

Thanks for your update. I already completed AZ-104 and AZ-305. One of the per-requestie is AZ-104 completed which is already available in same profile. Please let me know when it will be updated.

Hi,

I am not sure why didnt notice my AZ-104 Certification number - I311-0464 from profile. Both certificates updated from same. How you can resolve this issue and provide certificate to profile.

This is really frustrating and waiting to get response more than 8 days to sort out the problem. I am not really understanding, what's happening with exam portal or exam history, postponed all upcoming exams until get clear picture. Candidates are expecting exam results and certificate updation as soon as possible and it's more than exam time for follow-up procedure.

Why certification profile not showing exam information and update?.

I am looking forward resolution at the earliest.
