We understand that you are seeking assistance in verifying your student status to obtain an academic discount. I'm here to take immediate action to further assist you with.
To verify your student status for a certification exam discount, you will be required to identify yourself as a student in your certification profile by following the steps involved in the verification process:
1. Login to Learn Profile settings.
2. Scroll down to "Edit Interests" and click on "Begin Interest Survey".
3. Select "Career Paths".
4. Select "Student".
5. Complete the rest of the Interest Survey and click "Finished" to help you proceed.
In addition to this, since Student Discount is a voucher-less discount please note that discount will automatically be deducted at the checkout page wherein you should be getting 30% discount for Fundamentals exams and 45% discount for Role-Based exams in most countries except (India and China).
Meanwhile, if you encountered an issue redeeming the Student Discount after completing the Interest Survey, we would appreciate if you could provide us with the complete step-by-step screenshot using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) throughout the entire process (from the sign in page until where the issue occurs) for us to have a full visibility of the issue you might encounter along with the necessary information through private message for us to further check and review.
Our goal is to ensure that we will be able to assist you properly, please let us know if additional information is needed.
