Assistance Needed: Claiming Badge for Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals Certification

Dear Microsoft Customer Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to seek assistance regarding the process of claiming my digital badge for the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification. My Microsoft certification ID is ***removed***, and my email address associated with the certification is ***removed***

After successfully earning the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification, I understand that I am eligible to claim a digital badge through Credly, as part of Microsoft's certification program.

However, despite my efforts to navigate the Credly platform and follow the provided instructions, I have encountered some difficulties in claiming my badge. I am unsure about the specific steps required to complete the process and would greatly appreciate your guidance and assistance in this matter.

Could you please provide me with detailed instructions on how to claim my digital badge for the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification through Credly? Additionally, if there are any specific requirements or verification steps that I need to complete, please let me know, and I will ensure to fulfill them promptly.

Your support in resolving this matter would be immensely valuable to me, as I am eager to showcase my certification achievement through the digital badge.

Thank you very much for your attention to this request. I look forward to your prompt assistance and guidance.

Best regards,

Hello Izza.

Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.

We understand that you need help claiming a Badge for your Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals Certification. We will gladly assist.

Please note that Microsoft ended their partnership with Credly on June 30, 2023. This means that the badging services provided by Credly no longer apply for most of Microsoft Certifications (excepting certificates obtained via Certiport). After modernization and Credly retirement there is no option to reissue or fix badges and these users must use only learn platform to view and share the achievements.

Our new scheme has changed from 'Badge sharing-based' to a 'Certification shared-based' scheme.

What is shared from your Learn Profile is the certification itself. We will provide the steps of this new experience so you can share your Certificate to the available social media platforms.

  1. Sign into your Learn profile.

  2. Click on the photo avatar and select Profile from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Credentials from the menu inside your profile.

  4. Then click on the Certifications tab.

  5. If you want others to be able to verify your shared certification, set your Learn profile view to public

  6. Scroll to the certification that you’d like to access and select “View certification details” below the description.

  7. Under the certification title, there are three options: “Print”, “Edit display name” and “Share.

  8. If you’d like to share your certification, select “Share.” Select the location to which you want to share your certification.

This being confirmed, our badges sharing article information has been updated with all the necessary details regarding the new Microsoft Certification sharing experience:
