Assistance Required: Missing 50% Discount for Azure Fundamentals Exam

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request assistance regarding the 50% discount for the Azure Fundamentals certification exam, which I was supposed to receive after attending the "Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals" event. Despite having attended the two-day training session, I have not yet received any confirmation of my attendance or the promised discount code.

I have checked my email (including spam/junk folders) but have not found any related communication.

Could you please verify my attendance and provide me with the discount code for the Azure Fundamentals certification exam? I am keen to take the exam soon and would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

We appreciate you attending the Microsoft Virtual training day and I recognize that you haven't received your voucher code despite completing the training session. Let me provide you with additional information and assistance regarding this matter.

Please note that for eligible MVTD events that offer discounts, candidates will receive the voucher code via the "Thank you for attending email." 5 business days after finishing the training.

If you still haven't received the "thank you email" with the voucher code within the given time frame, please share the information requested on the private message that I initiated and I will have this forwarded to our support team for further investigation and expedite a resolution swiftly.

Kindly note that the Virtual Training Day discount code cannot be combined with other discounts and is only valid for 90 days from the first day of your scheduled training/event date.
