AZ-104 Reschedule

Hello, 

I was scheduled to test on 1 Apr 2021 12:45 PM. After reaching the test center EDU Trainings, nobody answered. So I searched what was wrong and found out that I had an unreaded message from Pearson VUE in SPAM (I use standrad outlook mail, wihout special spam configuration) telling me this:

"We have you scheduled to test on 1 Apr 2021 12:45 PM. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your exam as scheduled. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reschedule your Microsoft Azure Administrator exam."

  • Now I am unable to reschedule my test using your reschedule function because system thinks I am just taking the exam...

    Please tell me how can I reschedule it eg for next week. The exam was paid by voucher with expiration on 5 Apr 2021. I hope this doesn't mean I will be unable to take the exam as I think it is not my mistake.
