If your schedule exam was booked after July 28, 2023, please study the updated skill measured listed in Study guide for Exam AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator | Microsoft Learn as the exam was updated on the said date.

Meanwhile, if there will be a language added on the AZ - 104 exam (image shown below), please note that skill measured will be updated after 8 weeks.

Thank you for your time, Sorry , I did not get the second part, I did not yet booked my exam, so if I book it today ( planning to do it on 31St Aug) and then select language "English" what can I expect ( syllabus prior to 28th ) or after the (28th) ?

Since you will take the exam after 28th of July 2023, an updated skill measure will be reflected on the exam. Please make sure to check the changes in the Study guide for Exam AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator | Microsoft Learn so you will be aware on what specific topic that has differences.
