AZ 204 certificate not linkedf to my dashboard

I have successfully passed my AZ-204 exam, using my Microsoft Learning account bound to my official Microsoft Account. I passed exam on *removed*, account ID as *removed*

Could you please help to add my certification to my acoount dashboard.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you have passed the Exam AZ-204: Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure; however, your Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate is not visible on your Certification Profile. We will be happy to help you.

If you are still unable to find your certificate, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Learn account to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.
