About 3 weeks ago I was supposed to have my AZ204 exam. I logged in on Pearson VUE and waited.
After 20 minutes of waiting for the proctor to login, I decided to contact the service desk.
(In the confirmation email from them it said that Pearson VUE might contact me during the exam on my mobile, I assumed that this would definitely be one of those cases, so I brought my phone next to me. )
After another 15 minutes of waiting for the service desk(that wasn't connecting) I began the process of rescheduling.
At about 40 min delay from the proctor, I noticed the exam was being started.
To avoid any misunderstanding later, I moved my phone away from me, on another table.
At that moment the proctor intervened and told me not to move away from the camera, I explained my reason for doing that and he said that he will revoke my exam.
I tried to explain that I didn't use my phone but he would not hear it.
Probably the reason why he was late was that he didn't feel like working and just needed an excuse to leave.
I contacted service desk again to explain what happened. It felt like speaking to a broken robot, the agent took forever to answer simple questions and all I got at the end was case number 05250290, which would take 3-5 working days to respond.
After 11 working days, and no response, I contacted service desk again, only to find out that the case was closed.
I assumed since I was recorded the whole time, that, someone with a brain will look over that and realize that I did not use my phone. Clearly not the case with these guys.
Any way to escalate this?
