Hello,
I recently took the AZ-301 exam and did not pass due to the lack of clarity regarding case studies questions. I wrote the exam without reviewing case studies due to lack of direction and simplicity. I only got the grasp of case study on the last 4 questions that specifically mentioned case study. While writing the exam, I was anticipating case studies questions but none of the questions prompt me to review case study materials. I have written numerous exams with case studies that were straight forward and easy to access - user friendly. None of the questions indicated to reference a case study. I believe the exam structure should be revised to make the questions with case studies more straight forward and user friendly i.e. ensure the candidate click on the case study before proceeding. The current structure is unfair to candidates writing the exam and should be fixed ASAP. Given the following, I am hoping that my feedback is reviewed and allow me the opportunity to retake the exam at no additional cost.
Thank you.
