AZ-303 Certificate not uploaded yet after 5 days of Exam

As we understand, you have approved the Exam AZ-303, but you cannot visualize a Certification.

If you have accomplished a Learning Path to get a Certification, you will see it under this space in Your Dashboard. However, if you have approved Exams associated with the title, your results will be visible under Transcript.

The AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies, is part of a Learning Path to achieve the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. To accomplish this title, you must complete the AZ-304: Microsoft Azure Architect Design (As shown in the image below).

Once you have accomplished all the requirements, you will get the Certification. If you would like to get additional information about this Title, please see review this link Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert - Learn | Microsoft Docs.

If the AZ-303 is not visible under Transcript yet, we need to rule out system related issues. Please follow the steps below:

1.    Use InPrivate browsing in Microsoft Edge. 

2.    Clear browsing history, cookies and cached data. 

3.    Click on this link to go to Your Dashboard.

4.    Select View Transcript.

Keep in mind, you need to approve both Exam to achieve a Certification.

As we mentioned in the Learning Path, you can only visualize your Exam AZ-303 in your Transcript.

You cannot visualize the section “View Certification” because you need to complete the all requirements to achieve the Certification.

As we mentioned, if you want to receive a Certification you need to complete the:

Exam AZ-304: Microsoft Azure Architect Design

As you only have approved one Exam part of the Learning Path to achieve the Certification, you can visualize it through your Transcript.

The Exam AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies is an exam part of the Path to achieve the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
