AZ-305 certification with expired AZ-104 cert

You renew expired certifications by retaking the exams so after taking the AZ-104 again, you should receive both certificates.

Please bear in mind that the Exam AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions is one of the two mandatory conditions, along with an active Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Certificate, to obtain the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification as shown in the image below:

Keep in mind that the AZ-305 Exam does not issue a Certification by itself.

The Score Report can be downloaded from your Dashboard or the Test Center’s portal, and you should see the approved Exam in your Transcript.
