We understand from your post, you are unable to see your Certification Badge available for claiming. We are happy to help.

Please keep in mind that Microsoft ended their partnership with Credly on June 30. This means that the badging services provided by Credly no longer apply for most of Microsoft Certifications (excepting certificates obtained via Certiport). Our new scheme has changed from 'Badge sharing-based' to a 'Certification shared-based' scheme.

No previously earned badges will be deleted or removed from Credly before June 2024. However, as of June 28th, renewal dates will no longer be dynamically updated on the Credly site. Learners are encouraged to use Microsoft Learn to view and share their latest certification information.

This being confirmed, our badges sharing article information has been updated with all of the necessary details regarding the new Microsoft Certification sharing experience:

For the below steps, I can't find "View certification details" in my account as per below snapshot so please advise.

Sign into your Learn profile

1. Click on the photo avatar and select Profile from the dropdown menu

2. Select Certifications from the menu inside your profile

3. Scroll to the certification that you’d like to access and select “View certification details” below the description

4. Under the certification title, there are three options: “Print”, “Edit display name” and “Share”

5. If you’d like to share your certification, select “Share.” Select the location to which you want to share your certification

6. If you want others to be able to verify your shared certification, set your Learn profile view to public

NOTE: To share your Microsoft Certifications, ensure you have connected your Microsoft Certification profile to your Learn profile.

Please bear in mind that the Exam AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions - Certifications | Microsoft Learn is one of the conditions to obtain the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Certification as shown in the image below:

Keep in mind that the AZ-400 Exam does not issue a Certification by itself.

The available requisites for the Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert - Certifications | Microsoft Learn, are the following for your reference:
