AZ-900 Certification test at a PearsonVue testing center in NJ USA timed out on the NDA agreement page.

Hello,

I was scheduled for the AZ-900 Certification test  this morning [removed]. The center was busy and they were able to start the test at around 8:35 AM. I had a question and raised my hand as instructed. By the time the proctor arrived the  NDA timed out and gave me a message that the test was completed.  All this occurred under 10 minutes of starting the exam.

I did not even go past the  Microsoft agreement page yet.

The proctor from the testing center  opened a case with PearsonVue and Case # is [removed].

PearsonVue has notified me that the test has completed due to the NDA  timed out and advised me to contact Microsoft for further help.

Please help. I would like to actually take the test and complete the certification at the earliest.
