AZ 900 exam canceled. It might be because I am wearing wired earphones connected to laptop from which I am taking exam.

Hi Everyone,


Today I was taking AZ-900 exam and within 2 mins of starting the exam, it got cancelled with the message as "You have violated policies". Later after doing some searching, i think i got disqualified because I am wearing earphones. I don't have any intention to cheat and the only reason to wear earphone is to avoid external disturbances. Requesting you to look into my concern and allow me to retake the exam.

Normally, you must reach out to your exam provider regarding your issue then to reschedule. They will create a separate case with a different reference ID and assist you from here. You may contact them to assist you with the availability of seats and have this updated over the phone. Please see the contact details below and pick your exam provider:

 

If you have already reached them, and in need of further assistance, kindly provide the Case ID along with your account information for verification, so we can have it escalated and investigated with the support team. Please reply to the private message I have initiated.
