Please be advised that you can claim your exam discount through a voucherless process wherein you need to link first the email address used with the registration to your Microsoft Certification Profile

If you are still unable to claim your discount, kindly try the troubleshooting steps provided below:
Use Edge Chromium (Edge 88.0) or Google Chrome (version 88.0), including InPrivate and Incognito browsing modes. Note: Please make sure that the browsers that you will use are running on the latest version to resolve any compatibility issues.
Clear your cached data and cookies.
Allow all third-party cookies through your site permission settings.
If the issue persists, please send us a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) which includes all the steps provided above until your reach the issue is shown on your screen.
Kindly upload the PSR file through the private message I initiated along with the requested information.

Also, please attach the actual copy of the congratulatory/confirmation email you received after completing the training and your Event ID.
Note: The emails should show the recipient and sender details, including the date and time. Please send this as an attachment via private message and not as a copy-and-paste entry.
