As we understand, you want to know which are the replacement of the AZ-300 and AZ-301.
Both Exams are retired. A replacement exam, AZ-304 and AZ-304 are available. For more information, visit the AZ-304 exam details page and AZ-303 exam details page.
If you complete both Exams you will achieve the Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
If you are applying for a renewal and you want to know about the Certification renewal assessment on Microsoft Learn, it is only available once you're eligible, this is the only way to get the renewal. Approximately six months before your certification expires. You will receive a notification email from Microsoft, alerting you when the renewal assessment is available.
When you’re eligible to renew your certification, you’ll be notified via email linked with your Microsoft Certification ID (MCID). You will receive up to four email reminders before your certification expires. After you have renewed your certification, you’ll no longer receive reminders until it’s time to renew again.
However, if the expiration date for your certification is between January and June. Because of the new policy you receive a six month extension to prepare for the renewal assessment.
