Azure Completed Certifications Download and MCID

Where can i find my completed certifications in the Microsoft Portal as would like to download my AZ-900 certification.

Coming to MCID, which one i need to consider from "Candidate ID" and "Registration ID" ?

Hi, Jagadeesh.

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community.

We understand from your post that you would like to know how to download your Certifications. We are happy to help!

Due to a recent update, certification and Learn profiles have been combined. It is no longer needed to maintain a Certification Profile or MCID separate for your Learn profile.

Instead, your Microsoft Learn Username will become your primary customer identifier. You can find and update your username in the "Personal info, username and URL" section of your Learn profile.

There are two ways to view and share your achievements through your Learning dashboard. You can share your Certificates individually via the "Credentials" tab, or collectively through your official Transcript.

To access and share your Certifications, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.

  2. Sign in with the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Learn profile.

  3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."

  4. Select "Credentials" in the navigation menu, on the left side of the screen, then select "Certifications."

  5. To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."

  6. From the printer drop-down menu, select "Save to PDF" to save a copy of your Certification.

  7. To share your Certifications, click "Share" and select the location to which you wish to share your Certification.

To generate the link to share your Transcript, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.

  2. Sign in using the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Learn profile.

  3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."

  4. Select "Transcript" in the navigation menu, located at the left side of the screen.

  5. Select "Print" and choose "Save to PDF" to download a copy of your Transcript.

  6. Select "Share link" to generate an online link that will allow you to share your Transcript.

Alternatively, you can also set your Learn profile view to public. This will allow anyone with your Learn profile's URL to view your display name, Learn achievements, Collections, and Q&A contributions.

For more detailed information on this matter, please visit the article: Sharing and validating of Microsoft Credentials | Microsoft Learn.

Please let us know if these steps worked for you or if you run into any trouble. We will be happy to help.

We hope that you find this information to be helpful. If so, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.

We are looking forward to your response. If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one business day.

Sincerely,
