Azure Data Engineer Associate certificate

Dear Team,

I have passed DP 203 exam on ********* , however haven't received the certificate for Azure Data Engineer Associate.

Note: I did pass DP 200 and 201 in ********** and the current Azure Data Engineer Associate is still valid for me.

Please let me know if i can get revised certificate since I cleared DP 203 ?

Thanks

Hello, Vidyadhar.

Welcome to Microsoft Community, here your request will always be well received.

As per the update we received “Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate’ contains only one DP-203 exam only Certification and Badge is provided for ‘Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.

Note: There is no separate badge given for DP-203. If you complete DP-200 and DP-201 for “Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate’ there is not another certificate for DP-203.

The criteria to issue certificates is based on the date where the last requirement was passed to obtain it for the first time, after looking into your profile in detail, we found that you had already received the certificates related to the exams mentioned (DP-203) using the previous requirements:

Certification

Previous Requirements

New Requirements

Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate

This being the case, no certifications will be issued for either exam as you are already certified as you have the Azure Data Engineer Associate.

In cases where passing one exam results in a certification, a badge is issued for the certification rather than the exam, therefore, badges for either exam will not be issued.

We will be attentive on your response, in case you have further questions. However, if this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked within the next business day.
