Azure exam score report error - Swati Sharma- MS ID: ***Removed PII***

               

Hi

I have been referred to the Microsoft support team by Pearson Vue team to fix the issue with my Microsoft exam score report.

I took the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam AZ-900 on 13 January 2020 and passed it successfully with 858 marks out of 900.

However, when I click on 'View report', it throws an error and does not display the score report. The error states- "This application has encountered an unexpected problem. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please click the previous button to try again."

I requested Pearson Vue to rectify this error but they have said that this error appears on Microsoft page and thus would need to be fixed by Microsoft and they have advised that they have provided Microsoft with my score report.

My MS ID is ***Removed PII***

Could you please fix this issue so that i can view and download my Azure exam score report?
