Upon checking, it seems like the candidate has provided for a certificate number instead of an MCID.

 

For the candidate to find their MCID, upon logging in to their Microsoft Certification Profile, they should be able to see their MCID on the upper right-hand side of their dashboard.

 

Once this is provided, we can proceed with the verification.
