Badge not showing in Credly

In Credly I am missing 2 badges.
1 for MS-900
And 1 for AZ-900

They are in my microsoft account, but i recieved them through Certiport instead of PearsonVue.

Credly support forwarded me to Microsoft:

Unfortunately, I am unable to locate a MS-900 and AZ-900 badge issued to you in our system under your name *removed* or the *removed* address provided.
 
Unfortunately, Credly support cannot update or issue your badge on behalf of Microsoft. Please reach to Microsoft directly. They can issue your badge accordingly.

We have confirmed that your Exams for Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals were taken with Certiport.

Please keep in mind that when it comes to a certification taken with Certiport, you may download it, along with the Badge, through Certiport’s page.

 

View and send transcript digitally

 

Click the My Transcript sub-tab (under the My Certiport tab). To authorize a third party to see your transcript, click the Authorize a Viewer button and follow the instructions.

 

Print

 

To print an Official Certificate, select the My Transcript sub-tab (under the My Certiport tab) and click on the PDF link associated with the certificate to be printed. Select View Official Certificate at the bottom of the page and then click the printer icon within the certificate window. Do not use your browser's print function as it will only print the outside borders of the browser page.

 

Your MOS Certificate will not appear on the Microsoft Platform. However, the Exams can be found on your Transcript, which can be downloaded through your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. It may be used as a proof of accreditation as well. 

 

In regards of your badges, we recommend you to contact the Certiport’s Support through this link Customer service test candidates :: Support :: Certiport (pearsonvue.com)

 

Please note: When badge earners are missing badges from Certiport, it is often due to one of the following reasons:

 

  1. The default language in your Certiport account is something other than English.

  2. You have two accounts in Certiport’s certification system.

 

It may help to mention these to Certiport support to assist with troubleshooting.

 

Please keep in mind the badges gained with Certiport can only be seen on their platform. They do not appear on the Microsoft account. However, you can visualize your certification and transcript.
