Booked exam not visible in the portal

I Booked AZ-900 for next week and received the confirmation email from Pearson VUE but when I log onto to my Microsoft account I can't see any details of the booked exam. I called Pearson VUE support but they are saying I need to contact Microsoft about this. How can I check my details on MS account please?

I value your time and effort finding a way to see your scheduled AZ-900 exam. I'm very much aware of the assistance you need regarding your exam concern as this will be for the next week, allow me to provide you with information to make the most of this opportunity. 


You may notice that there’s a change in your profile’s terminology, as the Certifications tab has been updated to Credentials. All your scheduled exams and history are now under this section, including the score reports. 

To make sure that this is not a browser related issue, kindly provide me with (see below) a complete step-by-step screenshot of the process using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device), starting from the sign-in page up until the last step, along with the necessary information through the private message I have initiated. This will allow me to further investigate your case and provide more options. 

  1. Open Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) for Windows | Click thislink if MAC device.

  2. Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox) and try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito.  

  3. Clear browser cache and cookies and allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings.  

  4. Sign into Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) you initially used to schedule your exam. 

  5. Then access the Credentials tab until the last step where the error happens.
