Can I get my DP-600: Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric certificate exam to reschedule?

Before checking in for the DP-600: Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric certification exam, I tested my computer, and it passed all the necessary checks. However, while checking in for the exam, I encountered an error indicating that my camera was not working. Despite this issue, I received a QR code for government ID verification.

I proceeded by taking photos of my government ID, but I received a prompt stating that my ID was not accepted. Following this, I received a link to reschedule my exam on Pearson VUE. However, when I clicked the link, it redirected me to the Microsoft Learn credentials portal, where I was unable to find any option to reschedule my exam. Additionally, there is no information about the exam in my certifications dashboard.

Meanwhile, if you intend to use a company discount for your DP-600 exam or you are an active ESI learner, the best course of action is to reach out directly to the ESI Support Team. They are equipped to assist with any issues you may encounter as an ESI learner and can coordinate with the Pearson VUE team to further investigate your case. Rest assured that you are in a good hand, and you will be taken care of throughout the process. I have shared their direct contact details in the private message I sent you. Please use your work email address when creating a ticket with them. They typically respond within 3-5 business days.

Once you are in contact with them, kindly provide their Case ID through the private message I initiated. This is in order for us to monitor the progress of your case.

Just to set proper expectations, since you encountered a system error and couldn't proceed with the test on its scheduled date, please be advised that once an exam is missed, the appointment will no longer be visible on the account. Dear Support Team,

I encountered a series of technical issues while attempting to check in for my DP-600: Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric certification exam. Despite successfully testing my computer the previous day, with everything meeting the requirements outlined in the PDF file provided, I faced a malfunction with my webcam during the check-in process, which caused significant delays.

In addition to the webcam issue, I experienced a problem with the acceptance of my government ID during the verification process. Following this, I received a link to reschedule the exam on Pearson VUE. However, upon clicking the link, I was redirected to the Microsoft Learn portal, where I could not find any option to reschedule the exam, nor was the exam visible in my certifications dashboard.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request the opportunity to retake the exam without needing to go through a new registration process.

As my colleague Vincent_F10 is currently out of the office, I took the liberty to look into your case and since you are an ESI Learner, it is best to reach out to the ESI Support Team as they will be the one who will assist you with your rescheduling concern as they also have an option to work with your exam delivery provider.
