Can I give exam from other country than resident country

Well I am an Indian but I am unfortunately out of the country and I want to give the exam from another country rather than India online can I register with Indian identity and address and pay in rupees and give the exam from another country

Please be advised that as per the Pearson VUE, candidates located in India, Pakistan, and China can only register for an exam in their country of residence. Additionally, kindly note that for online exams with Pearson VUE, you must run your system check using the same device and in the same location where you will take the exam to avoid any technical issues. (Note: Please make sure to test on a personal computer rather than a company computer, as company computers may have software that could prevent the On VUE software from launching)

Moreover, since you're planning to register and take the exam in another country, as per the guidelines of Pearson VUE, if you are a resident of India, Pakistan, and China, it is not possible for you to take the exam in a different country, and you can only register and take the exam within the country of your residency.
