My exam is registered with ESI and my work email ID is used to register for the exam and hence I am receiving exam related communication emails to my work laptop.
I have used my work laptop and got OnVUE downloaded. On exam day I checked within 30mins of exam start time but could not find Check-in option in PearsonVUE exam launchpad or in Microsoft Learn certifications tab. I had used the check-in link from the email I received.
I then successfully finished testing on my personal laptop. But my question is if I want to use my personal laptop to attend the exam, how to do check-in process? Do I have to login to Microsoft learn in personal browser with work email ID and from the appointment section can I check-in? Will that be an issue from the organizational account login to personal system POV?

Meanwhile, since you mentioned that you have scheduled your exam with an ESI discount, it is best to reach out to the Enterprise Skill Initiative support team as they are the ones with expertise to assist with issues faced by ESI learners.
To create a case with the ESI support team, kindly go to the link I provided on our private message and login using your company email, then select the Create Case option and provide the information requested on the "Open a New Case" form and attach all necessary documents such as screenshots of the confirmation email then click submit. You will be provided with a Case ID to track the progress of your case.
Furthermore, to successfully check in for your exam, you must log in to your Microsoft Learn profile using the same email address you used during registration. Once logged in, you will receive detailed instructions on the next steps.
To ensure that you wil have a smooth exam experience, you can complete the required system test on the same computer and in the same location you’ll be taking the exam to make sure your computer, internet connection, and location are compatible with the OnVUE software requirements.
