Can not schedule my MTA exam

Good morning,
I can not unfortunatelly  schedule my MTA exams.


The error message is following :

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:

  • Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
  • Clear all cache and cookies
  • Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge

If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.

i have tried those steps but was not lucky. I dont know what  i do wrong.

My exams vouchers are for :

  • MTA Exam 98-361

    MTA Exam 98-375:
    it's valid till 5.4..2021

    Could you help me to solve this issue to schedule those exams?

You may now access your Microsoft Certification Dashboard and proceed in scheduling your exam without updating your certification profile.

 

If the problem persists, please provide us a step-by-step screenshots from the sign in page to the error message.

 

Please use the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) in recording and attach the recorded steps in the private message.
