I am trying to sign up for Microsoft partner for my company under the Commercial Marketplace. After filling out the form using our company D-U-N-S number and Registration number I receive the following error message:
Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: and transaction ID: [redacted] Correlation ID: [redacted] |

I do not know if this is the right place. However, I cannot reach out to the support linked in the error as I don't have any workplace to select. All knowlege base articles I try to follow for Partner center support points back to the help section I cannot leverage due to the lack of workplaces to select.

For anyone that finds this with a same error. What fixed me was the Following:
- Use Microsoft Edge
- Turn off all extensions and addons
- Use InPrivate Mode
All pages load fully and the enrollment process worked out issue.
