Cancel exam

I booked a test Az-400 I want to cancel it. Can I get the amount back?

I understand the importance of cancelling the AZ-400 exam is for you and I respect your decision to cancel the exam. Allow me to provide the best option to move forward with your question.

Yes, that's right, according to the Exam rescheduling and cancellation policy, you can cancel your exam and get the amount back, however, kindly note that you must have at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam to avoid your exam being tagged as "No Show" and the forfeiture of any fee or discounts used for the exam.

Meanwhile, once the exam cancellation has been successful, the refunded amount will be reflected in your account within 10 business days or depending on your bank's policy. For immediate assistance, please call Pearson VUE directly as they have access to your exam appointment and schedule and can assist you with cancelling your AZ-400 exam. To contact Pearson VUE, you can visit the Pearson VUE customer support page.

Alternatively, you can cancel the exam through your Learn dashboard. The Certifications tab is now under the Credentials tab on your profile, this new "Credentials" now includes both the recently announced "Applied Skills" and the "Certifications".  To cancel your exam, you may follow the steps below:

  1. Open the latest Microsoft Edge, use InPrivate, and clear cache and cookies.

  2. Log in using the correct email address and go to your Microsoft Learn profile

  3. Proceed to the Credentials tab under the Challenges. (As shown in the image below)

  4. Click on "Certifications" beside the "Applied skills "and scroll to the exam appointment you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel” button.

  5. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to cancel your exam.
