I want to cancel my exam ***removed*** " AZ-900 “

Due to circumstances beyond my control Plzzzz help me i can’t take the exam ***removed***������.

I understand the need to cancel your exam due to unforeseen circumstances, so let me provide the right support team for cancelling and rescheduling.

To immediately cancel or miss the opportunity to cancel your exam, allow me to redirect you to your chosen exam provider regarding your exam, they can also assist you with rescheduling. They will be creating a separate case with a different reference ID and assist you from here. You may contact the exam provider to assist you with the availability of seats/slots and have this updated over the phone once you are ready to take the exam again. Please see contact details below for cancelling/rescheduling options:

Note: For future reference, cancelling an exam appointment can be done through certification dashboard. Please see the steps below: 

  1. Log in to your Certification Dashboard, then select Certifications.

  2. In the “Appointments” section, find the appointment that you would like to cancel or reschedule. 

  3. Select the “Cancel/Reschedule”. 

  4. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to cancel or reschedule your exam. 

Make sure to cancel/reschedule your exam online 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeited fee. Please visit the Exam Reschedule and Cancellation policy page for more details.
